I’m a paper artist. I’ve tried a lot of different art forms, but some sort of magic happens when I fold paper – it just feels right. I first discovered the magic when I studied visual arts at the Canberra Institute of Technology in 2008.
I then went on to study sculpture at the Australian National University, Canberra, learning to use every other kind of material, and came right back round to paper in 2013 – my honours year.
When I moved back to my hometown of Newcastle, I started making paper jewellery and realised it’s a great way to share my art. These mini sculptures become intimate possessions, loved and shown off by their owners.
If you like my work and have an idea for a custom piece you’d like, but think its sounds impossible or crazy, try me – they’re the things I enjoy the most.
You can buy my jewellery at Burbridge and Burke, Nelson Bay, or Charles Nicholas, Charlestown. Or you can catch up with what I’m working on at the moment on Instagram. If you like what you see and would like one made for you – get in touch!
I also enjoy creating 2D art for you to download and print at home. Many of my printable artworks are digitally altered photos of my folded paper sculptures. Others are copies of my drawings, lino prints and etchings. You can buy these prints in my Etsy store. If you'd rather buy a physical print, or maybe a t-shirt, cushion, phone case or loads of other items displaying my art, check out my Redbubble store.
Have fun looking around my site – I hope you like what you see. If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to contact me at email@example.com.
